73 a todos os colegas.
sobre (AG),as licenças paçadas a radioamadores em portugal são de tamanho A4,portanto grandes de mais,provoca um problema para as colocar ,como é pedido. eu tive esse problema,porque não sou grande experto em computador. mas já enviei,estando à espera de confirmação,para ser um membro (AG). 73 e bons dx de leonel. Leonel,

Hi Andy, i don't understand also :) but imho the problem is the licence format, too large for scan. Perhaps would be possible to scan in two or more step?

If the license format is too large he should take it up with the Administrators via the Help! link above. Or he may try to reduce the image size of the document. My portuguese is not good, but he's saying something like the Portuguese radio amateur licence is A4 size (about 8" x 11.5" versus north american letter size) and that's causing some kind of difficulty, but he's not a computer expert.

I just took a picture of my licence with a digital camera and e-mailed in the jpg. Just frame the document in the camera.

Você precisará de reduzir o tamanho da imagem. Um ou outro mais baixos a definição no varredor, ou tomam uma fotografia da licença com uma câmara digital. Contanto que o retrato for legível deve ser fino.
