Hello, As far as I know ADIF standards authorizes up to 240 characters long for the QSLMSG field (or the QSL_COMMENT field). And on the QSL examples showed by the eQSL.cc webpages one can clearly see two printed lines for that field. But unfortunately on my QSLs generated by eQSL.cc it seems that only the 40 first characters appears so the beginning of the field is printed on only one line whereas there is a second line completely free underneath! Is there any trick to avoid or bypass this drawback ? Best regards to all. F6GWB

Bonjour Gérard, hi all
As far as I'm concerned, my logger does not export the comments So I have to manually edit them on eqsl.cc I have once checked that the system allows 240 characters. I typed a single 240 characters line.......but it displayed on a single line without folding back and everything was unreadable (too small font !)
For my particular case, my font style and size, my line is 76 characters long Obviously, if I type "enter" (carriage return/line feed) after 76 characters, the eqsl is saved and I'm out of the editing window. But up to a certain limit (I suppose 2 X 76 characters) my text folds back and the fonts are of a normal size if I type everything on a single line

If you use a logger to export an adif file to eqsl, check the figure after QSLMSG If it is set to <QSLMSG:40>....no wonder

Bonjour Guy, Hi all, Thanks for your comments. This confirm my feeling : EQSL printing doesn't comply with the normalized length of 240 chars for QSLMSG or QSL_COMMENT. Best regards and 73.
