Dear eQSLs

would it be possible to have for the main profile user callsign in the database a subcall registration, for those events like /M /MM /P /AM etc and ZXY/ZXyZXY so all those eQSLs with this extensions will get to the right place... could be made as higher your membership as more options will be available for aditional callsign with extensions

at the moment I have no idea how to send / adress eQSLs to such Callsigns with extensions or visitors to other countries

Thank you

Daniel,
It is possible to do as you ask. You need to make a new account for each of your stations or QTHs. If you are /MM then you need an account for PT7ZAP/MM, if /P, then PT7ZAP/P and so on. The dates can overlap as long as you distinguish between calls. The QSOs you make would have to confirm to the call you are using. If /MM, then the other ham must eQSL to PT7ZAP/MM not to PT7ZAP/P or /M. This also applies if you are using xyz/pt7zap. You need a seperate account and your confirmations must match that account. So, if you QSO with me as n1ork/p you must submit your confirmation to n1ork/p or N1ORK/P, but not to just n1ork. I hope this helps a little.
73 and Good Luck!

Andy

Thank you for your answer - I understand your explanation, my idea was to add this - as an extra, lets say subcalls in to the database of the main callsign, so the eQSL with extensions will arrive to the owner, I think all this eQSLs sent with extensions will never arrive and are using a lot of space on the eQSL Harddisk's - anyway no problem - just a sugestion for improvments - MERRY CRISTMAS, 73, de Daniel PT7ZAP

I wish to add to the last post. I have several accounts, this Japanese call is just one of them. Most of my work is under my main account, K6UMO, but I have had QSO's under the other calls. Right now, the only way I can check for incoming eQSL's is to open each account and check to see if the inbox is flashing. As I expand the number of accounts this gets more and more tedious. Is there some way to specify a main account such that all eQSL's, no matter how addressed, end up there. Thus I can get eQSL's for K6UMO, K6UMO/KL7, JF1QCG/MM, etc all arrive at the one inbox. Also, if someone sends a misaddressed card to say K6UMO/QRP, it will arrive at my box even though I don't have a corresponding account. LOTW has something similar in that I get all of my QSO's when I sign in under my main account

More info on my last post. I created the K6UMO/KL7 and JF1QCG accounts some time ago and got few if any QSL's. I just added new accounts to the list with a /MM and picked up 4 new e-QSL's. Why can't you make it that when I have a K6UMO account, any incoming QSL that has a K6UMO in it (DEF/K6UMO/XYZ/ABC etc.) will be sent to the inbox for that account. Require the specific account only for outgoing QSL's, not incoming. Note that in my profile, I can add a /MM to my call for printing on the QSL, so this adds confusion as those who click on the confirm tab will have a card sent to one account and those who include the /MM in their ADIF file will have the card sent to another account.
