How do I move a file from LOG/OUT to ARCHIVE ?

John,
You don't. Your Log/Outbox is the database for the QSOs you have either uploaded or manually input. Your InBox/Archive is the database where your QSOs have matched someone else's QSOs and they now produce an eQSL for you and them. You should first see an indication of a new eQSL in your Inbox. When you look at it you should see two check boxes on the right 'Archive' and 'Reject' If you Archive it it goes into your Archive. If you Reject it because the QSO doesn't match you log for some reason, that will send an email to the other ham. If you have another check box saying 'Confirm', that means someone entered a QSO for a contact with you. If you can confirm that contact as legitimate, you can check the confirm button and that will open a new window to manually enter your info and then generate an eQSL to the other ham.
