Because two of their members have a problem with their call within the eQSL system and have worked for two weeks to get it resolved. There has been no response on getting their problem fixed or contact made. With two days to go --FS/KB9AVO and another member of the team will only use LOTW after repeated personal e-mail to the support team, regular support e-mail. We are very sorry -- but evidently, we may add our contacts to the system IF after they wade through 400 other messages, and contact us. I leave at six o'clock in the morning, this Wednesday. Will be on the air -- Wednesday night.

I'm sorry you are having these issues. But on behalf of all the other members that will work your team, we hope that once all is resolved, you will reconsider and upload your logs to eQSL after your DXpedition.
