On the left hand side once your logged in it shows a link "Upgrade your membership".
Once I click that it takes me to a page that shows all the money I have sent in and shows what level membership you are. It shows I am a gold member and below it shows a box and says "click for free reward". Once I click that it shows nothing but the menu on top and left side bar menu's. Also It is not showing me as a gold member here and on my public profile page or my qsl build page.

Jayson,
I followed your instructions and it led me to the free 'Flying' dvd that Dave n5up made. I selected it and chose that reward. Then it said the dvd will be mailed to me and it will take a few weeks.
Now when I go through the same steps, the 'Select your reward' page shows that I have ordered the dvd: 05-Feb-2009 BEVSWDVD Ordered
It seems to be working ok for me. You may want to send an email via the Help! link above and explain what is happening. But the Admins are busy, so be patient.
