Can I upload a picture for the background of my eQSL?
Can I personalize my qsl with an image made by me?

Daniele,
Yes, you may upload your own picture for your eQSL background. Just make sure it is not too big, the graphic should be about 528 x 336 pixel GIF or JPG. Everything is explained under the 'My eQSL Design' link.
