Hi,
In 2002 I visited Malta and was issued 9H3Z. 9H3*** is a temporary visitors license only valid for a limited time. I wanted to upload the log for this activation last weekend and tried to register this callsign. To my surprise 9H3Z was already registered starting 1/11999 ending 31/12/2010. I contacted Michael Hunger (the user) to ask him to edit the dates of his 9H activation but got no reply. What can I (or e-qsl) do to put the record straight? I see that he has qsls waiting (mostly qso's that are in MY log). I already mailed him via this site and again to the e-mail you provided (and is listed on QRZ.com). Still no reply.
