Something needs to be done about the number of members not returning cards, eg HC2AQ to name just one of the many he accessed his account a few days ago yet he still has hundreds of card waiting if they refuse to keep accounts upto date they should be removed from the listings, i have been a member since january and thought this concept was a great idea but if it continues with no control over these operators there will be no point in continuing with my membership next year, i know this could be a great system for the future

Robert,
I agree that there are many Hams that have accounts and don't acknowledge their QSOs quickly if at all. Could it be possible that some don't have electronic loggers or instant access to a PC or the WWW and need to do this manualy one QSO at a time? I am doing this with our club call for Field Day for previouse years and I know it is very tedious. Our club never used elecronic loggers till last year and again this year, it was paper logs and dupe sheets all the way. So if you don't redo your membership next year, will it make things better for you to go back to snail mail QSLs? Hello Robert, the solution isn't "i not renew membership next year"! IMHO the solution is: if a member have access to eqsl and not confirm or reject eqsl in inbox, no membership for it next year!

This my first post to the forum.
After years of keeping paper logs which seem to hide under other stuff , it was time to put a spare computer to use as an electronic log book. This has prompted my visit here to see if any others were having the same issues as myself with Regular Members having 1000's of cards waiting to be acknoledged. What is the sense of being a member to eQSL and not answer your incoming QSL notices which is totally unfair. I think that notices should be sent to the delinquent users that responses are waiting. If no reply in 5 months to QSL's waiting this member should be purged from the system. If that is not acceptable maybe a red coloured flag should highlite their Call Sign as being a delinquent user.
