Patrick,
I assume you have 100 or more DX eQSLs that are AG and qualify for eDX. If so, I would take a copy of your error and send it to the 'Help!' link above.

Hi Andy,

I thought that the Edx was availaible for 25 or more AG contacts as stated in rule #10 of the edx.

"10. Awards are available for proof of contact with 25 or more approved countries as defined by the eDX100 Country List."

As per rule #6

"6. When a user has met the eligibility requirements, the "Application" button in My Awards will become available."

That did happen, but the application button does not work.

I'll forward the error message.

Thanks,

Patrick

Sorry Patrick,
I thought you were talking about the eDX100 award. Is the print certificate button active? I think all you can do is print it as there is no mail certificate for the eDX award.

No,

I can't neither print it or get the application completed. The script error appears as soon as I click on the Application button.

It says: Error Executing Database Query. [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Incorrect syntax near ')'.
The error occurred on line 99.

I think it might be a link error?

Hi,

One month has passed and I'm still not able to see my e-dx award to get it print, and the application button is till not working as it gives me a script error message.

Perhaps, somebody could just take a look at the script line to correct the error in it so that the application could work?

Patrick,
The Application button won't be active until you have at least 25 AG eQSL confirmations all from different countries. I assume you have that and the Application box says Apply for 25 or something like that. Is the application box dark or light grey? Is there an option in your browser that may be causing your problem? Is all the information in your account correct? Try using the 'Help!' link again or sending n5up (Dave is the owner of the site) an email directly. I wish there was something I could do to help, I know it must be frustrating.

Hi Andy,

I have 27 countries confirmed. The application button is dark as it should be. As soon as I clic on it, a script error page appears. Just like if the url is not refering to the right place. I've tried it on my 2 computers at home and also ato work and the same thing is hapenning. I'll try to contact Dave. Thanks,
