There was a special upgrade to gold for $99. I added additional money to that amount and nothing has happened for my upgrade.

This was Dave's answer from the OnLineQSL Yahoo Group: " In HS0ZIO's case, the promotion we did was a one-time $99 payment for Gold membership. A couple of people asked us if they had already made $60 payment in the past, could they just add $39, and we said no, because this was a special promotion with special rules. I know of at least one case where the person asking the question had deleted his email address from his profile, and we could not get a reply back to him. I sent 2 emails waiting for a reply and no answer. I think this upgrade policy could have been explained in the offer. It is not right.

I made a $69 payment. I would have made the $99 payment if someone would have answered my emails.
