Quote: I've twice had to take my printer in to have a paper jam removed as a result of trying to print out the cards. The only way I am able to print is by taping a card to an 8-1/2 X 11 sheet of paper. Which invaraibly results in jams. My card is now stuck in the machine again and it will cost me another $15 to get it unjammed. Thanks eQSL.

Nothing at eQSL can affect how your printer prints. I don't mean to sound unsympathetic, but everything you have described is wholly a user/printer problem and has nothing to do with eQSL. The web site can't jam your printer... that's simply not possible. Likely causes of printer jams are:
1. Incorrect paper settings (bail and guides not properly set)
2. Incorrect paper used (paper too thick or thin, reusing paper that has been through a photocopier or laser printer, taping paper together)
3. Damaged printer (i.e. the printer is broken... print head and various feed wheels can fail)
4. User error (dangling things into the printer, kids dropped something in, etc., incorrect printer settings when the print properties comes up or set as default on your machine)
Right off the bat, when I see "taping a card to a..." I have to ask whether or not your printer is even capable of printing on 4x6 paper (or 3.5x5.5). If that is not a supported paper size for your printer then you can't expect to be able to print the cards, and shouldn't be trying. Taping onto another paper is highly likely to jam ANY printer unless that printer has a "thick" setting (my Epson R2400 does, for example).
I have 20 years experience in IT. If you want more details about this, feel free to email me and I can discuss it with you.
