What if the Hokey Pokey IS what it's all about?

I'm new to eQSL, but things have been fairly usable/intuitive so far until today when I ran into what appears to be a bug. According to instructions re Accounts on the website, I should be able to create additional "Accounts" using my same callsign but different QTH Nicknames. However, I can't get that to work. I attempted to create another Account for a non-primary location, a school where I volunteer to host the School Roundup ham radio event twice per year, in order to keep those logs/QSOs separate; I'm the host operator during those events, altho the kids are also using my callsign when performing QSOs (under my supervision of course). The city/state/postal-code/grid are the same as my primary QTH (just a couple miles away). However, when I click on "Create New Account", I get an error message page that says there's another account with the same Start & End dates (why that should make a difference is a bit baffling to me, and is unexplained in Help or in the error message)...so, I tried changing those dates, but eQSL still won't accepty the submission, claiming repeatedly the same start/end dates and displaying the same dates in the error message despite whatever dates I submit. I had planned on creating a couple more Accounts for other locations where I do contest events, but it looks like this won't work with eQSL (so far, anyway).

Please advise next step(s).

If you were to create a new account with the same callsign, you'd need start and end dates that don't conflict with an existing account.

So I can't have VE3OIJ (start Feb 1992, end Dec 2020) and then another VE3OIJ (start Dec 1, 2009, end Dec 3 2009) as that would overlap.

You'd have to end the first one (in my example, end 30 Nov 2009), and start a third one for 4 Dec 2009 until the next break.

The only way that would change would be if you can put a / with something... so my VE3OIJ/W1 dates overlap with VE3OIJ, but because it's technically a different callsign, it doesn't create a problem.

Why it makes a difference is that if you had 2 accounts with the same callsign and overlapping dates, how would an inbound QSL be filed? The inbound QSL wouldn't know about your nicknames.

Good answer Darin,
As you I have seperate accounts that overlap dates N1ORK for my home QTH and N1ORK/P for when I'm at my camp in NH. The accounts are attached so they get seperate eWAS eAward lists but are on the same eDX100 list.

This affects me directly in that my other callsign, VE3PDC used to be held by someone else (technically, so did VE3OIJ). The other VE3PDC is registered in eQSL as well, so the start/end dates are the only thing that separates us.
