Hi
Just been Authenticated and made log entries into my log book. Out of 9 there are only three registered users. I have tried to move the unregistered ones to my archive folder or delete them but I cannot seem to do either. I would prefer to Archive to keep a record in case unregistered users join. Can I only move registered users when I hear from them? I am rather confused!
Many thanks

Mike,
Your InBox only contains the QSOs that have been confirmed by other "registered" Hams who have entered logs into thier OutBoxes and have matched QSOs in your OutBox. After you either display or confirm the eQSLs in your InBox you can put them in your Archive. Only confirmed eQSLs can go into your Archive. An eQSL member is a registered member, he or she may or may not be Authenticated. As soon as a registered member gets AG approval, all his or her eQSLs become AG'd. If a new ham registers (becomes an eQSL member) and inputs a log of QSOs, the system will try to match up his QSOs with QSOs from other members and if a match is made, an eQSL will be generated.
Hope this helps
