I used my regular callsign to activate a Lighthouse this past weekend. Is there a way to mark the contacts in my uploaded ADIF file (preferably as a batch) that they were made for the Lighthouse activity?

Geoff,
I suggest opening a new account for the LH QSOs and uploading the adif file to that account. That will keep things seperate and you can then attach those accounts together for the eAwards.
