I got a contact , and an EQSL, from a ham in one State who lives in another and was working temp from the QTH he transmitted from. Does the portable QTH count for eWAS ?

As long as the Portable/Temp eQSL has all the correct location info and is AG, it should count for eWAS. I have 2 accounts, one for my home qth (n1ork) and one from my camp qth in NH (n1ork/p).
