About 2 1/2 weeks ago I requested a number of printed cards but I have not yet received cards from EQSL.cc. My postage account is funded and still has money in it after requesting the cards. I guess my question is how often are cards mailed and how can I find out if my cards have been mailed? Digging around on the website gives me the impression that cards are mailed once or twice each week but it does not specifically say that. Is there a maximum wait time at EQSL.cc before cards are mailed? It's OK if the cards I have requested are just waiting to be printed and mailed - I just would like to know the status.
