I made some new entrys, I mean I added new qso´s, but I only get to see the old ones in the archive even after one day.
They are in the outbox, but not in the list when I want to see all my qso´s

Paul, Your QSOs in your OutBox stay in your OutBox, they don't move to your Archive. When another ham matches one of your QSOs with one he/she has uploaded, then it becomes an eQSL and a notification goes to your InBox. After you display that eQSL in your InBox it can go into your archive. 73 Andy - n1ork

Yes thank you. I figured that out now.
One more question: I got a lot of QSO´s in my outbox now, which never will be confirmed because they are not e-qsl members. Can I still archive them? Or do I delete them, because they are not going to be confirmed.

Paul, Don't delete them. The other hams may someday join and you may get eQSLs from them. Only your InBox can be archived. However, if you know or can find thier email addresses (on QRZ.com or elsewhere) and they have a (notify) indicator under the call in your OutBox, you can send them a nice email and request them to join eQSL. 73 Andy - n1ork
