Thanks for your reply, Andy. Yes, the boat card is the old one we created as a basic member. After upgrading, I was attempting to redo the card and mistakenly uploaded a picture that was not .jpg and the 500 error is the server trying to read that file, doesn't know what to do, so crashes.
Did send an email to the 'Contact us' link, but have not heard anything yet.
Hopefully someone can delete that file and we can start over.

I uploaded a non jpg card image and now cannot access the card maker. Now I get a '500 error' when trying to access the ecard maker.
How can this image be removed so I can either upload a correct card or remake a new card?
