Clicking on the "notify" link on a eQSL entry (QSO) in my Outbox/Log recently started not to work. Now, I get an error message about eQSL will not display e-mail addresses without being logged on! Obviously, I am logged on to eQSL to look at my log; so what's going on?

I'm seeing a discrepancy between the postage amounts on 2 of my 5 eQSL accounts. My 4 "recent" accounts (1 primary & 3 attached accounts using my current call sign) all show the correct postage amount; however, my 2 "older" accounts (both attached using my prior call sign) show an incorrect postage amount.

Anybody else seeing this problem?

General web site suggestions » New Website Interface STINKS! Mar 29, 2017 05:47 PM (Total replies: 1)

IMHO, eQSL's new website interface STINKS!

The homepage (after logging in) is "eye candy" but much more confusing to find what you want to do. Run (don't walk) back to the old (prior) interface if you can.

The interface after that homepage with the confusing menu buttons is just as bad.

A very disappointed long-time user of eQSL.

The unexpected downgrade from Gold to lower membership levels (Silver, in my case) is not completely fixed. My primary account is now fixed and shows "Gold" level membership. However, some of my attached accounts are still showing "Silver" instead of "Gold".

Without any prior warning or notice that I'm aware of, my "Gold" membership got downgraded today when I logged onto eQSL to "Silver". This despite my significant total donations to eQSL. This doesn't seem fair.

Sorry, apparently I wasn't clear enough in my original posting (or else I don't understand your reply). The entries that need to move are NOT mine. They are the entries from the people that contacted me during the activation of the National Park Service's site. These entries are in my INBOX under my primary account on eQSL.cc; they should be in my attached account that I recently created for this activation of a NPS site (#MN14).

So, I guess I could delete all such entries in my InBox under my primary account and then ask the people to resend them. Hopefully, somehow eQSL would recognize that they should go to my attached account (nickname "N8SK MN14").

But somehow, I still don't believe this will fix the problem. I think the primary account would need to be changed somehow to say don't accept QSOs dated on 11/9/2016 (the date we activated the NPS site). Then, if the attached account was setup properly to only accept QSOs on that date, then maybe eQSL's programming would figure it out and correctly route the QSOs on 11/9/2016 into my InBox under the correct attached account.

My team (under my callsign N8SK) recently "activated" the fort at St. Augustine, FL (MN14) for the ARRL National Parks on the Air (NPOTA) special event. A lot of the QSOs from this activation got submitted to eQSL BEFORE I created a new "attached account" N8SK/mn14 (NPOTA MN14) under my primary account N8SK (n8sk@TVhome).
How can I move the NPOTA entries in my InBox under my primary account to this newly created attached account?

Hi,

Will the "hand-written" option for getting the QSO contact information onto printed/mailed eQSL cards ever return? It was a very nice feature; but it's been "unavailable" for ages.

Hi,

I have not received the QSL cards that I recently requested to be printed and mailed to me. My last couple of such requests involved a significant number of cards and cost me most of my built-up balance in my Postage Account at eQSL.cc.

This development (not receiving requests for printed/mailed eQSL cards) is a relatively recent problem. Historically, such requests were always handled very promptly and professionally.

Regards & 73,

Tony/N8SK
