I have made several contacts in October using HRD and no eQSLs have been sent and none have been received. My login is still valid and since I have not received any e-mails from eQSL saying otherwise I am assuming that I am still a valid member. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the clarification Andy and please call me Jim.

OK thanks to both of you for your quick response and help. If I understand what Andy said, No eQSL's are generated unless both operators upload their log files. Does that mean if I upload a QSO, say from HRD, that an eQSL will not be sent to the other party unless they too upload a file with the matching QSO data?

I have been trying to get the HRD log to send new entries to eQSL and I don't seem to be able to get HRD configured correctly. Can anyone help me out?
Also, I have been getting emails saying I have new eQSLs in my inbox but there is nothing there. I have tried searchs using just the call sign in the email and setting the date range as wide as possible but I haven't been able to retrieve the eQSLs. Can someone explain how to find the eQSLs that my email says are in my inbox.
I appreciate any help from anyone.

I am just getting started in eQSL and have a very basic question. I just uploaded an ADIF file from another logging program (HRD). How do I find out if an eQSL was sent or do I have to send each eQSL manually. If it is a manual process, how do I do it? I'm sure that this isexplained somewhere but I havent found it yet. Also, please excuse my ignorance but this is a whole new deal to me.
