New address causing problems for AC Log Jul 28, 2014 02:51 PM

I am using AC Log and my QSO's upload fine to eQSL from my log. However, when I try to download confirmed, I get an error. I believe this problem started when I had to create a new address since I moved. Here is the error: <H3>Error: Multiple users with same Username/Password</H3> If you change the passwords so they uniquely identify each callsign, or add a QTHNickname parameter, this will not be a problem. </BODY> </HTML> Unable to find the 'Your ADIF log file has been built' tag. Please be sure your user name and password are correct, that you have entered a date old enough to include at least one eQSL inbox record and try again. Any ideas???
