David,
I just learned from Lauri, VK3AMA that currently JTAlert writes directly to the HRD Log file, it doesn't used the unpublished Logging interface of HRD, so having eQSL auto-upload from HRD doesn't get actioned.
So, for this JTAlert version (2.4.20), I'll have to live with manual JT-65 eQSL uploads from HRD's logbook. A new JTAlert version (2.4.29) is expected to have auto eQSL upload functionality.
Thanks so much for your replies and interest!

David,
You are on to something!
I made a 10m PSK31 QSO a while ago (using HRD/DM780) and whala .... the QSO automatically uploaded to eQSL!
So my trouble has something to do with WSJT's JT-Alert link to eQSL via HRD. I investigated both JT-Alert --> HRD logbook, and HRD logbook --> eQSL links but I don't see anything amiss. Having little experience with such links, protocols and formats, I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Maybe I'll just have to live with manual uploads for JT9/JT65 contacts.
Any ideas?

David,
That is a good suggestion, and could be the answer. However, I use WJST-X together with JT-Alert for WSJT, and these link to my Yaesu 897d radio via HRD.
It's easy enough to test though, and I'll do just that (i.e. a PSK31 QSO) soon and report back.

In HRD's logbook - under eQSL sent - is says requested. Then if I select the OSQ, right click on it, choose eQSL.cc and choose upload, the 'requested' changes to 'Yes' and I can see the QSL sent in my eQSL outbox.
I don't see diagnostic info, only eQSL sent status and sent date together with eQSL received status and date.
BTW, my QSO's use WSJT-X JT65 mode. These QSO's automatically successfully populate my HRD logbook, but they stop there and don't auto upload to eQSL.
Very perplexing.

I'm using HRD logbook v5.24.0.36.
All was well for many months until a few weeks ago, then auto OSQ uploads from HRD logbook to eQSL stopped working!
Manual uploads work OK so I know my eQSL name and password setup in HRD logbook's config for eQDL are correct and -as mentioned - I have the box checked for eQSL Upload every time an entry is added to the logbook
The auto-upload has been a great feature so I'd like to get it back, but I'm at a loss about how to do that.

QSO Auto upload from HRD logbook worked fine for the last year or so, but recently the auto uploads stopped and I now must do the uploads manually.
In HRD's logbook configuration for eQSL, I DO have the box ticked for auto upload every time a new QSO is added to HRD's logbook. The eQSL user name and password are accepted by eQSL for manual uploads, but auto uploads stopped working. There are no error messages.
Any ideas?

Thanks! That clears it up.

I'm confused about states needed for the US eWAS award regarding MD and DC.
I have 50 states confirmed including MD but NOT DC. Does this qualify me for eWAS or do I also need DC?

My HRD log shows an August 3, 2013 Germany QSO with DK2DP at 21:36 UTC. However I can't locate this QSO anywhere in my eQSL IN-Box, Out-Box or Archive folders. Sometime I get a message saying this QSO is a duplicate, but I can't see my DK2DP QSO anywhere.
Attempts to again upload the QSO from my HRD log to eQSL result in the same message stating my DK2DP OSO is a duplicate.
Where is my KG6Q - DK2DP QSO? I need this Germany contact.
Help !!!

Exactly what are duplicates?
Are duplicates exactly the same in all fields e.g. date, callsign, mode, band etc?
I see eQSL entries that have the same callsign, but different dates and times. Are these considered duplicates?
