You can change your name there, also your password and email address.

Try it and you will see.

It is right at the top of that page, the section called "Login Information"

Change your name there, and then press the save button at the bottom of the page.

You are looking in the wrong place.

You need to change it right at the top in the "Login Information" section.

The data in the "Printed on eQSLs" section is taken from the Login Information section, so change it there and it changes it in both places (in the case of the name that is)
