As a security professional myself, watch the news the Dept of OPM has just been hacked and my (as well as over 14 million other) government employees life history and PI has been compromised (and this is the Federal Government in charge of people's clearances.) Other than sending my signature and address with my FRM number (linked to my SS#) how else "can I accomodate getting authenticated" since the LOTW link is not working. (The 3 P's).
