Support - English speaking » Country setting USA, but international rate still? Jul 21, 2021 11:12 PM (Total replies: 1)

I'm interested in ordering either the walnut plaque or the upcoming glass plates. Problem is that even though my settings show my country as USA (just what the box specifies to do to avoid International rates), the plaques show a price that seems relatively high. When I check on the box that says something like 'why this rate' I get the following message:

The Country in your merchanise account is instead of USA, so you do not qualify for the domestic shipping rate

I originally was KB7SIP and now am K3RW. I just checked with both accounts, both say "USA" with no extra spaces, etc.

What do I need to do to fix the issue?

I'd like to see a Worked All Counties - Oregon Award, or something like that for each state. Or a Worked All Municipalities for the states that have no counties, or have county equivalents like Virginia.

Even the state with the fewest county still has 5
