I think this is not good enough and should be user setable. Why? Because In addition to my primary account, just registered two beacons and they too never does 2-way QSO's. But they also get reports from other hams (and SWL's). I have also gotten eQSL's (from this site) from SWL's to my beacons where the SWL'ers card wrongly states reception of a QSO. So the system is flawed and does not work even for SWL's (it states: "Confirming SWL Reception of SSB QSO", which is wrong of course.
