How did you set up the new account. Did you check the dates for your new account. It sounds like those dates are outside the dates of your log entries.

Do you have a differnet log for your new account or are are you uploading qso's from your old callsign as well. I would take a look at the ADIF file before you upload it and see what the date range in that file is.
