According to the developer of the eQSL Download software, his utility only downloads the QSL image created by eQSL; therefore any formatting changes that happen, are occurring at eQSL.cc when the image is created for download.
So it would appear that the QSL image created for download by software like WD5EAE's utility is not the same as that viewed on the eQSL.cc website.

Seems that the problem is created by the program I use to download eQSL cards to my computer. The eQSL download utility is from WD5EAE and works very slick, except that it changes some of the formatting on the downloaded image. The software is found at: http://wd5eae.org/Software.html#eQSLDownload

The layout of the "QSL Details" info looks OK in my current design page, but what is received by someone else has the three lines of text wrapped where they shouldn't be. Example: after "Band:" the "80m" is placed at the start of a new line with no space after it so it runs into the word "Date:". At the end of the second line, "RST:" appears with the "59" at the start of the next line with no space after it so it runs into the comment.
I have reduced the font to Arial 9 so I am only using about half of the width of the card image, but the problem still exists on the card image received.
