Morning David,
I searched for all qsl's uploaded since 06/01/2014. There were eight. I have a card for all and all are in the archive. The inbox holds qsl's uploaded by others not by me. Is that correct? I've included the command line for the search below.

If that is correct it appears that there are no unconfirmed/printed cards for June 2014. I think we've done all we can do to solve this one.
Must have been spooks in my shack. Thanks for your patience and help.

Ok Dave. I'll give it a try. Looks like I execute the call to the API from IE. Is that correct? I will use a date 06/28/2014. The API should return both an ADIF and TXT file. Any possibility of data corruption if the process fails?
Thanks and 73, Marty

OK. your explanation makes sense. To check the archive I'd have to check my printed cards against a given month/year in the archive. I could do it as I do not have that many cards and I always print them. If you see a better way please let me know.

You are missing my point. I'll try again to explain.
1) I have two machines one is Linux based and cannot print a graphic. The other is a Windows PC that can print a graphic.
2) The 5 QSL's in the archive were confirmed and printed on the Windows PC several hours before I logged on using the Linux PC.
3) I opened my inbox on the Linux PC two QSL's showed there. Since I could not print them I exited the program. I intended to print them the next morning.
4) The next morning I logged on with the Windows PC to print the two QSL's and they were not there and they were not in the archive.
To say it another way the five qsl's in the archive were confirmed, printed and archived before I saw the two new ones on the Linux PC.
This may be a one time glitch but, I did observe it.

David,
The only cards in my archive are ones that I confirmed and printed prior to signing on last night. Last night I opened my inbox, did a search, found two new cards, then closed my inbox and exited the program. I did not open the qsl's or view the cards. I did not confirm them. My question is what happened to those qsl's? They may be in my outbox with the other fourteen I uploaded on 6/29. There are forty entries there. Why are some highlighted in black? Are these eQSL members? It still seems to me as I'm missing those qsl's from last night.

Hello,
Last night I opened my inbox to find new QSL cards listed. Since I could not print the cards at that time I closed my inbox and exited eQSL. I did not accept or do anything else to the QSL's. Now this morning when I can print them they are not in my inbox. Of course I do not remember the calls of the stations QSLing. How do I find and print these cards?
No automatic (archiving or confirmation) action should occur without a positive action from the user. I did not intend to confirm these QSL's until I could print them and then confirm them this morning. IMHO this is a defect in an otherwise excellent system.

Thanks, Dave. I've followed your instructions and KB3WGE is now in my rejected folder. I sent an email explaining why I deleted the QSL. Is there anything else I should do? I'll reject it if he resubmits it without some other information on the QSO.

Hello,
Updateing my logs to include qsl cards, I found eQSL's from KB3WGE and K1USA. Neither station appears in my log. I have found KB3WGE in eQSL but not in my log. K1USA cannot be found on eQSL. They are not in LOTW. My usual policy is to upload to eQSL and LOTW at the same time. I do not do manual entries so if they were not in HRD Logbook they should not have been uploaded. Both occurred in 2012. Unfortunatly I did not catch it at the time I got the cards. How can I verify the contacts with these two stations? Can I delete individual QSO's? Should I leave well enough alone?

On some of my previously uploaded QSOs the time is incorrect. I used local time instead of UTC. I'd like to correct this. How should I do it? Showld I upload a corrected file? I believe eQSL will drop the duplicates.
