Yes David, you are right it wouldn't be easy to work all Russian European and Asiatic regions, but that's what its all about ! It would probably be easier to work 100 DXCC on eQSL.cc
Russian call signs are not that difficult to assign to a particular region, oblast. The first number and following letter in the call sign corresponds to a region. OK you need a list, but its worked for all stations in my log.
Regions, there must be well over 90, according to my list. Anyway it was only an idea, maybe someone else out there has got a better suggestion on how a Work all Russia award could be started??
Up to now I have only worked 17 different regions, so there's a lot of listening to be done !!

As Australia has just been added to the e awards list, how about including Russia ? There are a lot of Hams out there and I have had many good contacts in the past.
