Did you create separate attached accounts for FD and the ALQP? As I understand the system, separate attached accounts are necessary for each event/QTH/callsign. When you set up these accounts, an important item of information is the operating period. The system should then automatically assign the QSOes to the correct attached account based on the QSO date and time.

Will automatic reassignment occur retroactively? It may, but I've never had occasion to try it.
