I sent an email to support yesterday about this. I don't know what the "normal" turn around time is for a reply, so if there is such a thing, let me know.

In a nutshell, the problem is that I've supposedly been sent an eQSL that hasn't shown up in my inbox yet. The entry in my outbox is grayed, and the other ham says they have uploaded an eQSL for me. But I'm not seeing it.

I might ordinarily not worry about it, but this happens to be an eQSL for a state I've been working hard to get for my first eWAS.

Any help will be appreciated.

Take a look in your archive and see if it is in there. I don't know why, but sometimes my eQSLs seem to bypass the inbox and go to the archive. If they are in the archive, you will still have the same options to reject or confirm the QSO. I also noticed that if I open my inbox and see an eQSL but take no action, the next time I look, it's not there, but moved to my archive. I then confirm the eQSL via the archive. Joe, K1YOW.

Thanks for the suggestion. It is not there. All I have is the sending part saying they've uploaded it it. My eQSL to her has been retrieved, since it is greyed in my log/outbox.

I've asked her to send it again, and I've sent a second email to support. I'm kind of disappointed with the lack of a response from them. I think waiting two days is being patient. And I'm also disappointed that after 24 hours there was no response here from anyone with support.
