Hello I'm kind of new to all this logging stuff but last weekend I worked some RTTY contacts on Sunday and a few PSK31 on Saturday I uploaded my log from HDR I noticed some had notify under there call sign and when I clicked on it said (Sorry but QRZ.com no longer provides email addresses without logging in) can someone tell me what this means.

QRZ.com doesn't expose email addresses to inquiries from people or systems not logged in to their site. I assume this notification function is built into HRD. I don't use HRD and neither send nor request notifications so I can't help you beyond this abstract level of explanation.
