When I look someone up sometimes they come back expired , Can we renew after time has expired?, I just found this wierd.

Kevin,
I think it may have something to do with the experation date on your licence? When you renew it, I think you can go to your personal profile and change the end date. That end date is also used for your QTH date, so that if you move and update or add a new account, you can change those dates.
