Just wondering here and this might have been asked somewhere here already but, I keep my logs on e-qsl every contact eqsl member or not and i was wondering if a person is a regular member and upgrades to an AG if eqsl updates your contact with them and they count for an award . Or do we have to make a second contact to have them qualify for us. One other thing i cant understand is if they are REGULAR member why dont they spent a couple minutes and get AG aproved ?
