The problem is that the new holder of my old call ZL2DZ,has registered his EQSL account starting from 1989 when he did not get the call until about 2004 or 2005!!

I held the call untill Sept 1999.

I am not sure when I joined EQSL (perhaps you could tell me) but I have an account for ZL2DZ (Feb 1985 - Feb 1988) and I would like to upload QSO's made up to Sept 1999
I see I am not AG for this a/c for some reason, but I am for ZL4DX.
I have not been able to contact Mr Janaszkiewicz by email and neither has the NZ Govt Dept, Radio Spectrum Management, and (this is not their business either they say)
I could call on him to see if he is alive or dead but he lives 1000 miles away.
What can we do?

Thanks for the brilliant advice Doug, the 'twisted pair' has been tried.

But the problem has resolved itself and I have received an email from ZL2DZ informing me he has altered his starting date.
