Then what good is a eQSL? If he is a member and does not gain AG, then my qsl won't count! I can't contact him to get him to do it. He shows on QRZ as being a member of eQSL and that he uses eQSL. I can't look anywhere for info to determine that I can count him........kind of seems worthless to proceed with using eQSL.

Does my QSO with VE5CON the 23rd of Feb. 2014 have to be AG in order to count as a contact for the eQSL process for the Canada certificate? It shows as non-AG.

Had one the other day that stated he apparently dropped his membership.

I had a QSO on 2014-02-19 @ 01:31:24 with VE4YU on 20M- PSK31. I entered manuallly as it had not appeared on the eQSL log. I tried to email him using your system and it says callsign not found. I do have a confirmed QSL on Log of the World for this QSO. Need some help. Thanks
